The Perception Presented!

What people see is a perception of everything until it’s not. Then it’s realized what is thought to be true is a lie made by pretending. Perception of everything until it’s not, and what is not, is what may be coming for you in reality. An empire has been built by the two of you and to most, untouchable. 

Zander, the Mastermine! 

Oh, Zander and Gunner, what the empire you have made and are trying to make even more extensive. What people see is a perception of everything until it’s not. The two of you have everyone believing in everything you want them to see, to the outsiders, that is. Then you have us, the insiders. We see the cracks but still, because of fear, brutality, and might think it’s okay. It is nothing big. I see it differently, though.

Zander, your greed for power is insatiable. Undoubtedly, it seems to be only growing by the day, and with Gunner by your side, no one dares to make a move on you. They know that Gunner will kill them in a blink of an eye. He is feared but now flawed by his moral contradictions, unlike yours Zander.

Gunner, the Feared Enforcer! 

Furthermore, there is you Gunner. A true demon that may have a hidden soul. This, however, may make you even more dangerous. Sure, before your wife and kid came along, you were a ruthless bastard, but everyone knew where you stood and where the line was. Now you waver from brutal insanity to a crazy version of insanity with morals. But it’s like you have Russian Roulette going on in your head. Some people are starting to notice and question your true loyalty but are too scared to dare say a word. Is it your family now, or is it us?

Gunner, it would be best if you had stayed alone. You always said you were a loner and did not need anyone. The problem is when someone breaks through all those walls and gets in you, the crazy intensity you have about killing anyone that stands in your way becomes about loving them. Who knows what is going on in that head of yours between that dilemma, pain killers, alcohol, and whatever else you have running around in your demon-filled mind?

Nevertheless, you should have just stayed by yourself, Gunner. Sooner or later, your match will come. It or they will come when you least see it. I think you may even feel it already by your unstable actions of inner conflict that you try to bury with alcohol and pain killers.

Then after you, they will come for Zander. He will not have his right-hand man to save him, although he is a different ruthless type than you but still dangerous. He will not have you to stop them, and he can not stop them by himself.

What’s left in the End?

Where does that leave the rest of us? God only knows. Some like me may go down with Zander. The others will go with who every takes you two out. The others will fight and take themselves out.
Either way, the two of you damn us all.
