This poem speaks to my heart, mind, and soul.
Yes this poem is dark but to me it is also inspirational light. This is because it speaks of my life and many situations I have been in, thoughts I have had, people, jobs, money etc. that I have lost. I do not think in life you can speak about life; cherish success, love, or experience happiness until you have tasted lose. Only through lose, tough choices that will not only impact you but others you love can you grasp a different outlook at life. My words and explanation do not do the poem justice as my feelings and thoughts that stem from this simply go in to many directions to be explained. This poem leads me back to so many memories, feelings, and tests that I cannot count. Still the point is you have to be willing to risk everything to gain something. If you are going to it, go all the way. Go forward no matter what. It does not matter if you stager, stumble, or crawl. In the end will come success in some way. I am a religious person so I know despite my feelings I am never alone. I could go on for hours and example after example stemming from this poem. I will not ramble on though, just go all the way and give everything you have.
